I have no idea what you will be doing with SQL Server 2012 as there are so many new features in the latest version. So after a short high level overview of the new stuff we’ll dip into the things that you want to see in more detail, be that the database engine, the new BI stuff, data warehousing and a bit of development. The only technology I won’t be showing is PowerPoint as you’ve probably seen that before.

SSIS developers and administrators are going to spend a lot of time in here and, like any database, you need a good handle on what secrets it holds. In this session I'll take you on a demo-heavy (i.e. no slides) tour of the SSIS Catalog so you can get a handle on the sea-change this is going to bring to SSIS development.
