Have you ever wanted to integrate your SQL Server Reporting Services reports into your existing SharePoint farm to help simplify report management and provide a fimiliar UI to your users? Have you been put of by number of hoops you seemingly have to jump through to set it all up? If so, then this is the session for you as we will walk through the necessary steps required for integration on your Reporting Services and SharePoint servers. We will also cover setting up Kerberos in your reporting environment to support Windows integrated authentication as well as some of the main report management tasks in a SharePoint Integrated installation.
This session will cover the software pre-requisites required and the options you need to configure in the Reporting Services Configuration Manager and SharePoint central administration site. We will also look at setting up Kerberos in the environment to allow Windows Integrated security across the SharePoint Integrated Reporting Services environment. Finally, we will look at some of the main report management tasks, such as deploying reports to SharePoint, report security, report processing options and creating report subscriptions that are delivered to a SharePoint library.

Rob has been working with SQL Server since 1999, firstly as a web developer, but primarily in a DBA and consultancy capacity. He joined Microsoft in 2008 as a SQL Server Premier Field Engineer, working with some of Microsoft's largest clients in the UK and Europe. Rob lives in Scotland and is married with 2 daughters. When he's not working with SQL Server you'll usually find him playing on Xbox Live !
