He is a regular speaker and volunteer (Ask The Experts) at SQL Server events such as SQLPASS,
Tech-ed etc. He was made a SQL Server MVP in 2006. He also manages http://www.sqlserver-qa.net.in/ this talk he will be talking about the type of SQL Server Replication, problems you may encounter setting up and configuring replication and where replication should be used and where it should not.

Martin has been a freelance computer consultant in the UK for over 23 years. He has worked on many relational database systems and since the 1998 has specialized in SQL Server. He was first awarded Microsoft MVP (SQL Server) status in June 2003.
Windows Management Instrumentation has two distinct areas of use, one is for configuration where it can be an extremely useful tool to manage and configure SQL server installations, the other area is for Alerts where it can be an extremely useful tool to monitor SQL Server and an alternative to DDL triggers or SQL Trace.
This event will be held at the HBOS's Sighthill office. For security reasons we need to submit a
